Ingredients
1/2 cup oats/oatmeal
1 carrot grated
2/3 cup almond milk
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
½ green apple
Pinch of salt
Airtight container/bowl
Method
- Add oats to the bowl, add a pinch of salt, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and mix well
- Add almond milk and mix
- Cho the banana and apple and add
- Add the grated carrot
- You can mix or leave it like that
- Cover with the lid and keep in the refrigerator till the next morning.
- Serve in the morning
This recipe is good for those who are doing seed cycling and also those who are keeping their weight at check. It keeps you full for long. If you need it sweeter you can add some honey.
