Ingredients
½ cup oats/oatmeal
1 ripe banana
1 green apple
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
Pinch of salt
Honey to taste (optional)
1.5 cups water
Method
- Boil 1.5 cups water in a pan, add a pinch of salt. Add the oats and stir for 2 minutes. Do not overcook the oats
- Remove from fire and pour into a bowl
- Add the pumpkin and flaxseeds into the cooked oats and mix well
- Add your cut ripe banana and chopped green apple
- Enjoy it hot
