Ingredients

½ cup oats/oatmeal
1 ripe banana
1 green apple
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
Pinch of salt
Honey to taste (optional)
1.5 cups water

Method
  1. Boil 1.5 cups water in a pan, add a pinch of salt. Add the oats and stir for 2 minutes. Do not overcook the oats
  2. Remove from fire and pour into a bowl
  3. Add the pumpkin and flaxseeds into the cooked oats and mix well
  4. Add your cut ripe banana and chopped green apple
  5. Enjoy it hot

This recipe is also good for those doing seed cycling for hormonal balancing. Also for those who want to lose or maintain their weight.
