When talking about pounds, desk bound jobs are the worst no matter how much dedication we put to lower calories. The pounds accumulate from long hours of sitting, late nights, business travels which result in late dinners. Women add fats on the hip area, butt and thighs. For men it is on the lower abdomen. Seeds like sunflower, almond are healthy. You can also snack on fruits, cherry tomatoes, berries etc.
8.Supplements
Burn cravings through the consumption of fish oil, green tea etc.
9.Less meals
Eat a filling breakfast, proper lunch with more proteins and good fats to give energy.
