Ingredients
1 cucumber
A handful green beans/French beans
¼ purple cabbage
1 cup bean or pea sprouts
1 tomato
1 red and yellow bell peppers
1 cup broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Lemon (optional)
Method
- Wash all the ingredients and keep aside
- Steam broccoli, sprouts, and green beans for 3minutes and keep aside
- Cut the purple cabbage, cucumber, tomato, bell peppers and keep them in a bowl
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Sprinkle olive oil, salt and lemon and mix well
- Serve
