Ingredients

1 cucumber
A handful green beans/French beans
¼ purple cabbage
1 cup bean or pea sprouts
1 tomato
1 red and yellow bell peppers
1 cup broccoli
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Lemon (optional)

Method
  1. Wash all the ingredients and keep aside
  2. Steam broccoli, sprouts, and green beans for 3minutes and keep aside
  3. Cut the purple cabbage, cucumber, tomato, bell peppers and keep them in a bowl
  4. Mix all the ingredients together
  5. Sprinkle olive oil, salt and lemon and mix well
  6. Serve
