Ingredients per bowl:
1 cup broccoli
1 cup mushrooms
½ cup tender corn cob
1 large carrot
1 tablespoon olive/sesame oil
Salt
Method
- Wash all the ingredients.
- Dry the mushrooms well and keep aside.
- In hot water, steam broccoli and corn for 3 minutes and drain.
- Chop the carrot and corn cob and keep aside.
- In a non-stick pan, put 1 tablespoon of olive or sesame oil, add the ingredients one by one. Toss through for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle some salt to taste. Serve immediately.
