Ingredients per bowl:

1 cup broccoli
1 cup mushrooms
½ cup tender corn cob
1 large carrot
1 tablespoon olive/sesame oil
Salt

Method

  1. Wash all the ingredients.
  2. Dry the mushrooms well and keep aside.
  3. In hot water, steam broccoli and corn for 3 minutes and drain.
  4. Chop the carrot and corn cob and keep aside.
  5. In a non-stick pan, put 1 tablespoon of olive or sesame oil, add the ingredients one by one. Toss through for 1 minute.
  6. Sprinkle some salt to taste. Serve immediately.
