Ingredients
1 carrot
1 celery stick
1 cucumber
½ lime juice
1-inch fresh ginger
1.5 cups water
Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure
1.Wash all the ingredients and chop them
2.Into the blender add water followed by the chopped ingredients
3.Blend till smooth.
4.Sieve and drink

Ingredients
1 tomato
1 cup spinach
1 carrot
1 handful parsley
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1.5 cups water
Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure
1.Wash all the ingredients and chop them
2.Into the blender add water followed by the chopped ingredients
3.Add cayenne pepper
4.Blend till smooth.
5.Sieve and drink

Ingredients
1 carrot
1 celery stick

1 orange
1 cup water

Procedure
1.Wash the carrot, celery, ginger and chop them
2.Wash and peel the orange, remove the seeds
3.Into the blender add water followed by the chopped ingredients and the orange
4.Blend till smooth.
5.Sieve and drink
Other things to eat include fish, nuts, legumes, seeds, eggs, beans, kales, zucchini and sweet potatoes
Also, remember to have a good sleep, avoid smoking if you do, wear sunglasses when you step out to the sun, exercise regularly and always wash your hands. Drinking lots of water also helps to rehydrate the eyes.
