Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1 kiwi
1 cup ripe mango
1 teaspoon chia seeds
A handful blueberries
¼ freshly squeezed lemon
Method
- Wash all the fruits.
- Chop the fruits except the blue berries and put them in a bowl.
- Mix them well.
- Add the squeezed lemon juice and mix.
- Sprinkle the chia seeds.
- Keep aside for 5 minutes then serve.
