Ingredients:

1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1 kiwi
1 cup ripe mango
1 teaspoon chia seeds
A handful blueberries
¼ freshly squeezed lemon

Method

  1. Wash all the fruits.
  2. Chop the fruits except the blue berries and put them in a bowl.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Add the squeezed lemon juice and mix.
  5. Sprinkle the chia seeds.
  6. Keep aside for 5 minutes then serve.
