Recipe 1 Turmeric Cinnamon Tea
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon raw ginger crushed
1 teaspoon honey
Procedure
1. Bring water to boil and add into a cup
2. Add all the ingredients and mix well
3. Drink it immediately

Ingredients
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon green tea leaves
Procedure
1.Bring water to boil and add green tea into the cup
2.Brew for 5 minutes
3.Drink it immediately
Recipe 5 Mint Tea
Ingredients
1 cup hot water
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon
Few mints leaf
Procedure
1.Bring water to boil and add into a cup
2.Add all the ingredients and mix well

Recipe 2 Cinnamon Detox tea
Ingredients
1 cup green tea
1 teaspoon cinnamon tea
1 teaspoon raw honey
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon cayenne powder

2.Brew for 5 minutes then sieve
3.Add all the other remaining ingredients and mix well
4.Drink it immediately
