Ingredients:

1 cup button mushrooms
½ cup cooking cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
200gms Pasta
2 cloves garlic
Salt and black pepper

Method.
  1. Cook the pasts in boiling water with salt as per the packet instruction then drain
  2. Slice the garlic and keep aside. To a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the finely sliced garlic and fry till cooked.
  3. Add the mushrooms and stir fry them for 1 minute.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper
  5. Add the drained pasta to the mix and toss well. Add the cooking cream and give it a good mix.
  6. Serve hot.
