Ingredients:
1 cup button mushrooms
½ cup cooking cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
200gms Pasta
2 cloves garlic
Salt and black pepper
Method.
- Cook the pasts in boiling water with salt as per the packet instruction then drain
- Slice the garlic and keep aside. To a pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add the finely sliced garlic and fry till cooked.
- Add the mushrooms and stir fry them for 1 minute.
- Season with salt and black pepper
- Add the drained pasta to the mix and toss well. Add the cooking cream and give it a good mix.
- Serve hot.
