Ingredients

1 cup ripe papaya
1 ripe banana
1 handful blueberries
1 cup ripe pineapple
¼ freshly squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon chia seeds

Method
  1. Wash all the fruits and keep aside
  2. Chop the banana, papaya and pineapple and add into a bowl
  3. Add the blueberries
  4. Add the squeezed lemon and mix all the ingredients well
  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds and serve
