Procedure
1.Place all the ingredients in a blender
2.Blend till smooth and serve

1 banana
A bunch of spinach
1 tablespoon ginseng powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Recipe 3.
1cup almond milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1 tablespoon astragalus
Procedure
1.Place all the ingredients in a blender
2.Blend till smooth and serve

Recipe 4.
1 cup water
1 cup chopped ripe mango
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon ginseng powder
Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure
1.Blend and drink.

Other fruits kiwi, pineapple.
Other herbs Maca, Spirulina, ashwagandha
