Ingredients
sweet potatoes
Lettuce
Cherry Tomato
Bell peppers
Tuna or any protein
Method
1. Boil the sweet potatoes and keep aside
2. Wash the lettuce and cut few leaves
3. Shallow fry your tuna and keep it aside( you can also use mushrooms or chicken or any protein of your choice)
4. Cut any two bell peppers of your choice
5. Place the ingredients in a plate and serve
